2. Description of Service
HoraView is a Vedic astrology chart visualization and AI-powered interpretation tool. The service includes:
- Free chart generation and visualization (no account required)
- AI-powered chart interpretations using classical Jyotish texts
- Follow-up chat for asking questions about your chart
3. Accounts and Authentication
Some features require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Token Purchases and Payments
- AI interpretation and chat features beyond the free tier require tokens, which are purchased through Stripe.
- Token packs are priced in USD. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase.
- All token purchases are final and non-refundable. Tokens are digital goods consumed upon use.
- Tokens do not expire. Your token balance is maintained as long as your account is active.
- We reserve the right to adjust token prices and costs for new purchases. Existing token balances are not affected by price changes.
5. Free Tier
New users receive a limited number of free interpretations and chat messages without signing in. Free tier usage is tracked by IP address and is subject to change.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Abuse rate limits or attempt to bypass usage restrictions
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI interpretation system
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
7. Disclaimer — Not Professional Advice
AI-generated chart interpretations are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. They are based on classical Vedic astrology texts and should not be considered professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important life decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
HoraView is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any interpretation. In no event shall HoraView be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep HoraView available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. In the event of extended downtime affecting paid users, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate status.
10. Intellectual Property
The HoraView application, its design, and code are the property of HoraView. AI-generated interpretations are provided for your personal use. Classical text content is sourced from public domain Vedic astrology literature.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused tokens are forfeited.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website.
